GradeBuzz is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Account Adoption and Retention to build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and support long-term retention across remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements.

The successful candidate will partner with sales, product, technical support, and marketing to resolve challenges, monitor health metrics, reduce churn, and demonstrate continuous customer value. This role spans onboarding through renewal and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze usage data and identify risks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer lifecycle processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple accounts and serve as primary contact for success inquiries.
• Onboard new customers and drive product adoption.
• Monitor health metrics, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead customer training sessions and provide ongoing guidance.
