Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in customer success or account mgmt in advertising/tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with advertising services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor advertising solutions to customer needs.
• Proactively address issues to improve the customer experience.
• Analyze usage and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide training and support on advertising services.
• Monitor retention metrics and devise loyalty strategies.
• Prepare reports on feedback and usage trends for stakeholders.
• Participate in additional duties as needed by management.
