Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity at DTN! We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to provide support for our current and new customers in our agriculture business line.

About the Position:

As our Customer Success Manager, you will be motivated and proactive by providing maximum customer value. You will be seen as a trusted partner by providing key solutions to their needs and looking to develop additional revenue opportunities through cross-selling and strategic planning to grow our customer base. You will work with customers at different stages of their lifecycle, building long-lasting relationships and creating strategies to increase the client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Represent the 'voice of the customer' and provide feedback to internal teams to maximize customer value and retention.
  • Manage a renewal book of business, guiding customers to success as their strategic advisor.
  • Monitor customer health indicators via ChurnZero and prioritize your book accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DTN products and stay updated with industry news, trends, and best practices.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.

The targeted base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Compensation may increase based on performance. This role may also include variable pay and benefits.
