We have an exciting opportunity at DTN! We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to provide support for our current and new customers in our agriculture business line.
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be motivated and proactive by providing maximum customer value. You will be seen as a trusted partner by providing key solutions to their needs and looking to develop additional revenue opportunities through cross-selling and strategic planning to grow our customer base. You will work with customers at different stages of their lifecycle, building long-lasting relationships and creating strategies to increase the client base.
The targeted base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Compensation may increase based on performance. This role may also include variable pay and benefits.
