The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish in their assigned regions. Responsibilities include managing relationships with external vendors and field agents, negotiating pricing, onboarding vendors, tracking inspection and repair deadlines, coordinating turnovers, following up on open repair projects, and troubleshooting with tenants.
