Job summary

Winpak is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the hub of our customer operations in Pekin, Illinois. You will connect customers with sales, production, and logistics, building strong relationships and ensuring accurate, responsive service while championing the voice of the customer.

This onsite role involves managing orders from request to delivery, monitoring schedules, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-focused, cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and sales reps.
• Build relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues, ensure positive experience.
• Manage customer orders from request to delivery.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, graphics, quality, and finance.
• Communicate product specs, pricing, forecasts, and packaging requirements.
• Monitor orders, schedules, risks, and service concerns.
• Analyze inventory usage and forecasts to support supply continuity.
• Prepare inventory reports and metrics for decision making.
• Identify process improvements in service levels and communication.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
