Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-focused and cross-functional environment.
• Experience handling multiple priorities with high accuracy and tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and sales reps, providing professional, solution-oriented support.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Manage customer orders from request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, graphics, quality, and finance to meet on-time delivery commitments.
• Communicate product specs, artwork, pricing, forecasts, and packaging requirements across teams.
• Monitor order status and production schedules, identifying risks and service concerns.
• Analyze inventory and usage trends to support continuity of supply and appropriate stock levels.
• Prepare inventory reports and service metrics to support informed decisions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance communication and service levels.
