Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years customer service experience.
• Experience with order entry and customer relationship management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Order Management / Fulfillment: accurate order entry, contract application, price confirmation, cross-functional coordination.
• Customer Relationship Management: build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Incident Management: resolve customer incidents and track relationships using formal processes.
• Demand Management: monitor short-term demand changes and communicate to the business.
