Job summary

Ardagh Group is seeking a role focused on overseeing customer ordering needs to ensure satisfaction while managing inventory and system requirements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in tools such as SAP and Excel.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate deliveries, troubleshooting customer complaints, and collaborating with internal teams. A background in customer service and some college education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone/people skills and ability to organize time well.
• Computer skills including SAP, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve customer problems.
• Work with Sales, Credit, and Manufacturing on specialty orders.
• Maintain customer and manufacturing records for smooth processing.
• Monitor artwork flow for manufacturing needs.
• Optimize inventories and clean out obsolete materials.
• Provide information for automated manufacturing tools.
• Manage promotional activities including artwork and production.
