Townsquare Interactive, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Success Lead to act as the trusted partner for clients, maximizing their marketing investment and driving retention. This role emphasizes onboarding, adoption, and building long-term client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams on complex requests, manage a mix of inbound/outbound calls, and maintain precise client records while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in customer success or sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with client partnerships.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound/outbound client calls and emails to build relationships.
• Drive product adoption and retention through guidance and problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web design, SEO) on complex requests.
