Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in customer success or sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle 10 inbound and 10-15 outbound calls daily.
• Manage a queue of client tickets and minor edits.
• Aim for one-call resolution with internal teams as needed.
• Build relationships to drive client retention and adoption.
• Educate and recommend ROI-focused solutions to clients.
