Pregis is seeking a Customer Success Representative for Thermal Solutions based in New Albany, IN or Norfolk, NE. You will bridge customers with Inside Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Inventory Planning to deliver a seamless order experience from placement to delivery.

The role blends customer service with inside sales support, requiring a results-driven, customer-centric approach and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems to manage orders and inventory effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support in B2B environments.
• Experience in manufacturing/packaging is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Act as inside sales and customer service contact for assigned accounts.
• Provide information on product availability, pricing, order status, lead times, logistics, and inventory.
• Support demand planning by aligning customer needs with inventory and production schedules.
• Process orders in SAP and monitor inventory with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Assist with invoicing, export, and related documentation.
• Address customer requests including expedites and inventory constraints.
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service and Inside Sales team members.
