The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing post-sales engineering in networking, a BS in CS, and willingness to travel up to 10%. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in customer-facing post-sales engineering in networking or related field.
• Willingness to be onsite at customer locations in NY area.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class post-sales technical leadership to clients.
• Own post-sales technical issues with cross-functional teams.
• Guide customers through adoption of Forwards Platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
• Travel up to 10%.
