Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing or operations role.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical products or processes.
• Experience developing or following documented procedures in a professional setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Watertown, SD area.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support via phone and email
• Manage support requests from initial contact through resolution
• Develop and maintain SOPs for internal data production and support workflows
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support team consistency and growth
• Assist with daily data processing and management of precision ag spatial data
• Coordinate with the Mapping Center Manager on workflow priorities and processing timelines
• Assist with internal and external training programs
• Help customers build a working understanding of FieldReveal's products and methodology
• Represent FieldReveal at industry events and customer meetings as needed
