Job summary

VRAFY LLC is a precision ag company seeking an entry-level Customer Success Associate to onboard new customers, assist with data migrations, and establish software connections to streamline data flow. This role emphasizes clear communication and collaborative problem solving across teams.

You will provide training and ongoing support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our software and tools. You will interact with Precision Ag platforms such as John Deere Ops Center and Climate

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in Agronomy or related fields.
• Knowledge of farming practices or agronomy preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to situations.
• Entry-level; no prior work experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We use a proven software system that is compatible with most all ag display types. We are seeking an individual to provide continued support for and communication with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers
• Assist customers with migration of data
• Establish software connections to streamline data flow
• Provide training and support to customers to maximize their utilization of our software
• Communicate well with customers and internal staff
• Work with Precision Ag systems such as John Deer Ops Center, Climate Fieldview, and more

Qualifications

• College degree desired, preferably in relevant fields such as Agronomy, Precision Ag, Ag Science or Ag Business
• Knowledge or background in farming practices or agronomy is preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to situations
• Entry level position- No prior work experience is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
