Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of customer projects alongside the Sales team. You will handle quotes, orders, shipments, billing, and stock checks while coordinating with operations, transportation, engineering, and finance to keep projects moving smoothly.

Under supervision, you will process exports/imports, manage invoicing, track backorders, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years in area of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of invoicing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, shipments, and billing.
• Coordinate exports/imports and ship-to information setup.
• Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Run periodic system reports for invoicing and billing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with operations.
• Address backorders and resolve damages/shortages.
