Job summary

White Cap is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service professional to manage the lifecycle of projects from quotes to close-outs. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate orders, shipments, and billing while coordinating with Finance and Engineering as needed.

This on-site role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in customer service and order processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, stock checks, credits, job audits and close-outs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Transportation, Engineering, Credit and Finance to keep projects moving forward.
• Record quotes and customer ship-to information; manage shipments and invoicing.
• Generate system reports for billing accuracy and revenue tracking.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and address backorders with sales and customers.
