Job summary

White Cap is looking for a customer service professional to manage the lifecycle of projects in collaboration with Sales Representatives, Operations, and Finance. You will process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, stock checks, credits, and audits to keep projects moving forward smoothly.

The role works closely with various departments to ensure timely, accurate transaction processing and inventory accuracy, with on-site work and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inquiries from external and internal customers, including sales, operations, accounting, and management.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders; set up customer ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run regular reports for accurate billing.
