Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 1–2 years in related duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong customer service and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inquiries from sales, ops, AR, and management; update order status.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and ship-to information for customers.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run system reports.
• Ensure all transactions ship correctly; follow up on backorders with sales.
• Process national and internal export/import documentation as needed.
• Process returns and invoicing; address damages and shortages with sales/customer.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain inventory accuracy.
