Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through onboarding and training.
• Provide product training and ongoing support to maximize usage.
• Address and resolve client issues; maintain interactions records.
• Proactively monitor accounts to ensure positive experience.
• Identify issues and take corrective actions.
• Capture and analyze customer data to produce insights.
• Manage CRM systems to track success activities.
• Communicate with customers via calls and email.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and act on feedback.
• Travel to client locations as required within the region.
