Impact Electronic Solutions in Grants Pass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between customers, Sales, and internal production teams. You will manage orders from entry to delivery, maintain customer records, and support portals and reporting requirements.

You will build positive relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional support, coordinating across departments to balance customer needs with manufacturing capabilities and business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for assigned customer accounts via email, phone, portals, and other channels.
• Process and verify customer sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry in systems.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with Production, Planning, Materials, Quality, Shipping, Sales, and other departments.
• Provide timely order status updates and communicate potential delivery concerns to customers and Sales.
• Learn and manage customer portals and maintain accurate CRM/customer data records.
• Support front-office duties and coordinate with Sales to provide visibility on account activity.
