Impact Electronic Solutions in Grants Pass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a primary liaison between customers, Sales, and our internal manufacturing teams in the wire harness, cable assembly, and electronics fields.

You will support customer accounts through the order lifecycle—entry, verification, tracking, delivery coordination, and ongoing communication—while maintaining records and assisting with portals and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between customers, Sales, and internal teams.
• Process and verify customer orders with accuracy.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with Production, Planning, and Shipping.
• Maintain customer records and assist with portals and reporting.
• Provide timely updates on order status and delivery concerns.
