Job summary

First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Customer Service/Branch Associate to provide Premier customer service, assist with sales and servicing, and process account openings and closures. You will work closely with customers to determine banking needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or banking experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or banking experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills, cash handling, and/or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide Premier customer service.
• Process account openings/closures for Checking, CDs, Savings, Money Market and IRA.
• Maintain customer accounts and addresses in the core system.
• Meet annual goals for checking and loan products.
• Understand consumer loan underwriting with approval up to $25,000.
• Develop a referral network to grow new customers and expand relationships.
• Make outbound sales calls and participate in community events to boost brand.
• Perform teller duties as assigned.
