Qualifications

• Experience with complex credit structures and independent client management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of sophisticated business banking clients, delivering tailored lending and deposit solutions.
• Analyze financial information to structure credit requests and develop loan workout strategies when needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client referrals and community involvement to grow revenue.
• Contribute to department strategy by recommending product enhancements, pricing models, and annual planning.
• Independently address client service needs while supporting team projects to improve processes.
