Job summary

Nellis Auction is seeking a Customer Success Associate for its fast-paced warehouse environment in Texas. You will greet customers, resolve concerns, manage pickup appointments, and load out purchases safely and efficiently.

You will also verify orders, use handheld scanners, maintain organized racks, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely pickups. This role requires strong communication, dependability, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• One to two years of warehouse or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage pickup appointments, process refunds, and resolve concerns quickly.
• Load-out merchandise into vehicles and verify outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Maintain organized racks and coordinate with the Customer Experience team for smooth pickups.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
