Nellis Auction is seeking an Onsite Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality customer experience during onsite pickups. You will be the primary contact, bridging warehouse operations and customer service to resolve concerns and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires strong judgment, real-time problem solving, and collaboration across teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Experience training, coaching, or auditing team performance preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite escalation point for customer inquiries and service recovery during pickup operations.
• Coordinate with offsite Customer Service teams to ensure seamless communication and ticket resolution.
• Verify customer orders prior to load-out to prevent missing items and protect completed sales.
• Proactively engage first-time customers to set expectations and clarify policies.
• Conduct daily service audits and provide real-time coaching on service standards.
