Nellis Auction is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston to rotate across Inventory Processing, Putaway, and Picking. You\'ll learn and adapt across functions, contributing to accurate item listing, efficient storage, and fast order fulfillment.

We value dependable, detail-oriented teammates who communicate well, stay organized, and work safely in a dynamic environment. Training is provided, and all shifts may include weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet performance standards and KPIs.
• Basic computer or handheld device proficiency for inventory tracking.
• Comfort using iPhones and standard warehousing tools and equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Processing: Inspect and list auction items accurately and write clear descriptions.
• Putaway: Receive and scan inbound inventory and store items safely.
• Picking: Locate, scan, and consolidate outbound customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates, follow safety guidelines, and communicate with supervisors.
