Thrive Global is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support its growing Customer Success team. The role focuses on supporting customer activities, coordinating virtual events, and assisting with platform customization to enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical and project management skills, experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, and data tools, and a passion for improving workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM and data tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Customer Success Managers and customers with engagement activities.
• Coordinate webinar scheduling and liaison between managers and facilitators.
• Support virtual events through preparation, technical checks, live chat, and surveys.
• Assist with live event logistics, scheduling, and customer-facing activities.
• Analyze webinar registration, attendance data, and product adoption metrics.
• Capture customer feedback and insights from live sessions.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, and Localization teams on briefs and deliverables.
• Build and manage platform customizations, including banners and customer messages.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal efficiencies.
