Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
• BA/BS from an accredited university preferred.

• Ability to become a licensed e-notary and pass background checks.
• Complete required compliance training.
• Solutions-oriented with outstanding customer experience.

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to guide customers on products and applications.
