Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Customer Success Associate to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced call center. You will guide customers through the application process and support them on our blockchain-enabled financial products.

You will become an expert on Figure products, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with hybrid in-office and remote work in

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university preferred with 1+ years in a customer-facing role
• Must be able to obtain MOMLO licensing within 60 days of hire
• Must become licensed e-notary and complete required compliance training

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
• Handle inquiries via omni-channel communication and process applications
• Educate customers on Figure and our products with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Provide unrivaled support via phone, chat and email
• Gather insights and assist in process improvement for Figure’s products and services
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Contribute to training programs and team capabilities
• Support a collaborative office environment and team dynamics
