AlphaGraphics is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Success Associate to enhance the client experience in our Sunnyvale print and marketing center. You will nurture relationships, drive sales, and coordinate projects across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in print, marketing, or graphic design is a major plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of PrintSmith estimating software is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Mantains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive experience.
• Acts as primary contact for clients and identifies needs, recommending products.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicates courteously by email, phone, and in person.
• Assists customers with resolution of problems that may arise.
• Understands pricing and creates estimates for printing, signage, and marketing materials.
• Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate project fulfillment.
• Reviews customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy.
• Tracks and manages orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM.
• Identifies new sales opportunities, builds relationships, and develops repeat customers.
• Handles concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and with urgency.

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, is results-driven, and possesses strong communication skills. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer experience — building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include increasing center sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining accounts, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experience
• Act as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
• Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
• Communicate courteously with customers though email, over the phone, and in person
• Assist customers with the resolution of any problems that may arise
• Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basis
• Review customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy
• Track and manage customer orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop repeat customers
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:
