Job summary

AlphaGraphics Sunnyvale is seeking a friendly Customer Success Associate to build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction across printing and marketing projects. You will be the heart of the customer experience, driving account growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding footprints within existing accounts.

You will maintain efficiency, respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and help deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Experience in print, marketing, or graphic design industries is a major plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experience.
• Act as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services.
• Be highly responsive to customer inquiries.
• Communicate courteously with customers though email, over the phone, and in person.
• Assist customers with the resolution of any problems that may arise.
• Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basis.
• Review customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy.
• Track and manage customer orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop repeat customers.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.

About the Role

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, is results-driven, and possesses strong communication skills. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer experience — building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include increasing center sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining accounts, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements

Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
