Job summary

Galderma seeks a Customer Success Analyst in Fort Worth, TX to lead customer supply chain initiatives, support strategic growth, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with customers and internal teams to optimize order-to-cash, compliance, and reporting, leveraging Power BI for visibility and decision-making.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and automation to enhance service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in customer service, supply chain, or O2C operations.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash processes and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer supply chain initiatives and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs (service levels, order accuracy, SLA adherence) and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Support compliance programs and drive cost recovery and efficiencies.
