Job summary

Galderma, a leading dermatology company, is seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to support our Contact Center WFM function. You will analyze workforce data, optimize staffing, improve forecasting, and enable data-driven decisions across the business.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a data analytics field, 4+ years of related experience, strong SQL, Power BI, Workday knowledge, and hands-on experience with AWS Connect, NICE, and Alvaria in a fast-paced, cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in workforce analytics or related role.
• Experience using data to support operational decisions.
• Experience in cross-functional organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and contact center data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven staffing models and forecasts.
• Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to improve workforce efficiency.
