• Acts as a customer advocate to ensure needs are met and drive satisfaction, retention, quotes, and service base growth.
• Supports account management by identifying and executing additional services for existing clients.
• Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborates with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products and renewals.
• Outbounds calls using WIP, Salesforce, and other systems to drive engagements.
• Maintains and updates the asset linkage tool and follows up on key reports and lists.
