Trane Technologies is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, manage renewals, and drive growth within a portfolio of service customers. The role requires coordinating with the sales team and delivering timely proposals to clients.

Onsite work Monday to Thursday with flexible Fridays, reporting to the Service Leader. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this customer-centered role.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of related experience and/or training, or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Willingness to work extended hours and attend customer site meetings.

Aufgaben

• Manage contract renewals, scope expansion, and customer satisfaction for assigned portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and coordinate with Sales.
• Prepare and present proposals with the estimating team to customers.
• Enter opportunities into Salesforce and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Sales work at client facilities as required.
