Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indiana. The CSR will position Trane as the preferred provider and ensure customer satisfaction for all existing and future clients, working closely with Account Managers and Area Service Managers as gatekeepers to service agreements renewals and driving pull-through revenue with technicians.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of education or inside sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a customer advocate to ensure needs are met and drive high satisfaction, retention, quotes, and base growth.
• Provides assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including identifying and executing additional services.
• Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services, leading to account retention.
• Collaborates with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals.
• Assesses and evaluates potential service agreement opportunities at startup.
• Makes outbound calls leveraging open WIP, Salesforce reporting, Linkage, Lost SA list, T&M work orders, etc.
• Owns and updates the asset linkage tool.
• Follows up on SMP, connectivity reports, VRF lists, and BCU upgrades.
• Follows up on expiring quotes internally and externally.
• Follows up on old non-service agreement customer calls using GANT charts.
