Frazier Industrial Company seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Long Valley corporate office. You will engage with customers and prospects, providing information and addressing inquiries about Frazier products and services.

You will act as a customer advocate, coordinating with sales, project management and order processing to ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related area.
• 3-5 years’ experience in service or customer-focused role.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce or CRM.
