Job summary

CFS in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer experience strategy across a growing organization. You will oversee a busy service function with visibility across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing, and you will drive process improvements that boost customer satisfaction and business performance.

This role offers the chance to mentor and develop a team, partner with cross-functional leaders to improve efficiency, and contribute to manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Leadership or management experience in a customer service context.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations and team workflow.
• Manage inquiries related to orders, pricing, invoices, billing, and accounts.
• Review and process customer orders with accurate account information.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer and operational challenges.
• Track service metrics and report on customer service goals.
