• Coordinate delivery process to meet customer guarantees.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Update internal databases with account information.
• Liaise with internal teams for pre/post-sales service.
• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as invoices and POs.
• Assist all sales-related work.
