Quality Talent Group seeks a Customer Insights Lead to translate syndicated data into actionable customer strategies. You will synthesize Circana/Nielsen data, POS performance, and retailer metrics to inform activation plans and growth opportunities across consumer brands.

Collaborate with Brand, Finance and Supply teams to ensure aligned execution, provide readouts, and support strategic deep dives on distribution and promos.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in customer sales or insights in consumer products.
Experience translating data into clear customer growth stories.
Strong Excel/PowerPoint; comfort with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand priorities.
Synthesize insights from syndicated data, retailer data, POS performance and category fundamentals.
Deliver clear sell-in stories and performance readouts to Customer Development teams.
Own insights, line reviews, and deep dives on distribution gaps and promo effectiveness.
Partner with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning for aligned execution.
