Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a data-driven professional to lead customer strategies in a consumer products context from the Arkansas area. You will translate syndicated data into actionable plans, crafting compelling narratives for customers and guiding activation aligned with brand priorities.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI/Tableau proficiency, 4+ years in analytics or insights roles, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to forecast and optimize performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in consumer products or related field.
• 4+ years in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, or related field.
• Strong experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) and POS analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable customer strategies and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities.
• Synthesize insights from Circana/Nielsen, retailer data, POS performance and promo effectiveness to inform plans.
• Deliver clear sell-in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations to Customer Development teams.
• Own customer insights, line reviews, and strategic deep-dives on distribution gaps and pacing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.
