Job summary

General Propeller is an established marine propeller and boating solutions business in Bradenton, Florida. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring the right product is chosen the first time.

You will learn our products and identify opportunities to up-sell upgrades and complementary solutions. This is a full-time on-site role in Bradenton, with occasional travel to Louisiana for customer visits, events, and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with ability to upsell and identify sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, listening, and note-taking skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
• Comfort using computer systems and learning product information.
• Willingness to learn in a busy, collaborative environment.
• Available to work full-time onsite in Bradenton, Monday–Friday.
• Occasional travel to Louisiana for visits/events/training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive customer service from inquiry through purchase and follow-up.
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades.
• Coordinate quotes and orders with accuracy and clear communication.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist with technical inquiries.
