Mira Home in Lindon, UT is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to convert inbound leads and upsell add-on services. You’ll educate customers on Mira’s coverage, pricing, and service value, set proper expectations, and help families protect their homes with Mira.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Sales/call center experience or inside sales training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and messages to generate new business and upsell existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend services to drive conversions.
• Educate prospects on service offerings, pricing, and value propositions to overcome objections.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Accurately document interactions and next steps in FieldRoutes.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and brand integrity in customer interactions.
