Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Woburn, MA is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to support customers and collaborate with account managers and business development teams. The role focuses on order entry, RFQ coordination, pricing, and providing voice of customer feedback to drive growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multitasking office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders and delivery dates in ERP.
• Monitor customer portals or communications used by customers.
• Facilitate RFQ internally and coordinate quotes with outside sales.
• Manage SF.com pipeline with outside sales as needed.
• Set pricing within general guidelines or with outside sales collaboration.
• Validate incoming orders for accuracy ( drawings, pricing, lead times, MOQs, terms).
• Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders to confirm to customers.
• Notify customers of schedule changes and communicate changes to operations and outside sales.
• Function as account owner for small to mid-size customers with BDE support.
• Collaborate with program management to troubleshoot and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Research customer complaints and support sales in resolution.
