Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Customer Service Representative to empower customers by understanding needs and delivering practical solutions. You will respond to calls, assist with website support, and manage inquiries and payments with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have HS Diploma/GED, 2-4 years of call center experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years Call Center experience preferred.
• Proven listening skills and ability to offer appropriate solutions.
• Excellent and engaging communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to calls with inbound and outbound dialer focus on quality and first-call resolution.
• Assist OneMain website support including password resets and customer inquiries.
• Handle complaints, branch issues, delinquency levels and refunds.
• Manage multiple portfolio servicing including cash advances, settlements, and checks.
• Interact with clients in a consultative manner in line with laws and policies.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters.
• Maintain and annotate all information on customer accounts.
