Job summary

HumCap is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager for a Dallas-based PCB and electronics contract manufacturing partner. The role owns key customer programs from quote through shipment, acting as the single point of accountability for outcomes.

You'll partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive end-to-end program execution, protect margins, and deliver on-time, on-spec results while building trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or customer-facing roles within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to own programs from quote through production and delivery.
• Strong financial acumen and margin-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and lead business reviews.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from RFQ to delivery.
• Protect margin through disciplined pricing and change management.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Escalate risks early and implement practical solutions.
