Job summary

Trane Technologies in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor customers rely on at our Trane Supply stores. You will help resolve parts or equipment issues and deliver high-quality parts and solutions promptly.

Bring knowledge of our product offerings, meet sales goals, and own the order management process for a smooth customer experience. This role may require overtime and weekend availability, and is on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; inside sales or retail exp preferred.
• Strong customer service skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build relationships and handle challenging customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow sales by identifying related products and add-ons.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries about Parts and Supply to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products and promotions to drive sales and deliver a premier experience.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
