Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate master data, systems interfaces, pricing, and government programs while driving compliance and customer satisfaction.

Bring 5+ years of pharma operations experience, SAP/ERP knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑based models.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including accounts setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts and audit inquiries.
Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
