Job summary

ZG Subpoena Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions & Integration Specialist to bridge discovery and technical onboarding. You will guide clients through system onboarding into automated workflows, and coordinate with sales and client operations to tailor solutions.

You will own the integration lifecycle from provisioning access to production delivery, maintain documentation, and support pre-sales with detailed integration plans for proposals. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in technical implementation or related hands‑on role.
• Experience configuring integrations between SaaS platforms — REST APIs, webhooks, authentication schemes.
• Ability to read JSON and inspect API request/response payloads.
• Strong written documentation discipline for client deployments.
• Direct client‑facing experience with non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sales discovery to assess technical requirements and feasibility.
• Create detailed integration plans for inclusion in sales proposals.
• Lead the client onboarding and integration lifecycle from kickoff to production delivery.
• Configure, test, and deploy client integrations with endpoints, webhooks, and secure file paths.
• Maintain detailed as‑built technical documentation for every deployment.
• Interview stakeholders to map as‑is workflows and data paths, and classify workflow archetypes.
• Monitor integration health, log issues, and support rotation for production issues.
