Job summary

ZG Subpoena Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions & Integration Specialist to bridge discovery and technical onboarding for client integrations. You will guide customers through provisioning portals, configuring intake connections, and mapping legal-reqs to configuration files to ensure proper handling of legal data.

You will own the integration lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate with sales and client operations, and create detailed integration plans for proposals.

• Bilingual in legal operations and engineering. You can translate manual processes into clear technical requirements.
• Follow-through on onboarding is essential; you close loops and keep momentum.
• Appropriately escalatory. You know when to escalate and hand off.
• Discreet. Handling sensitive legal process and data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales Support: participate in discovery calls, assess requirements, and help with RFP responses.
• Onboarding Execution: lead client onboarding through the integration lifecycle, provisioning access and coordinating milestones.
• Integration Implementation: configure, test, and deploy client integrations with APIs, webhooks, and secure file paths.
• Workflow Mapping & Documentation: map client workflows and maintain up-to-date documentation across accounts.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: track integration health, handle change requests, and drive issue resolution.
